Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

We are now seeking a motivated and confident Client Support Officer to join the team at our Head Office in Melbourne CBD.

Duties/Areas of Responsibilities

  • Provide client support including technical, operational and basic trading
  • Respond to incoming enquiries from clients via email, live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Client relationship management with new and existing clients
  • Providing assistance in implementing new procedures and processes
  • Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures, as implemented by the Compliance Manager / Compliance Committee
  • Co-operation and participation with ongoing training program

Requirements

  • High level of presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong sales or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets and Trading (desirable)
  • Experience using FX/CFD trading platforms (desirable)
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Ability to troubleshoot day-to-day issues
  • Willingness to work in fast paced environment with a Can-Do attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours between 7am-7pm
  • RG146 qualified (required).
