Fitzroy, VIC - Full or Part Time This boutique Fitzroy agency provides end to end digital business strategy that supports marketing, sales and service delivery, helping customers not only engage and convert new clients, but improve the processes that ensure long lasting customer relationships. As they experience an ongoing greater demand from their clients they are looking to appoint a data specialist to work on several well known Australian brands. Typical key points around this role will be:

• Flexible around part time or full time
• Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. marketing, business)
• 5+ years experience in the lifecycle marketing space
• Proven track record managing a large-scale customer communications program with complex database management
• Experience working with a marketing automation platform to implement trigger-based relationship/lifecycle programs HubSpot experience desired
• Someone technically savvy and strong at all aspects of campaign creation and management - who can happily troubleshoot HTML problems or any data issues
• Deep understanding of CRM (data fields/structures) and their application within lifecycle marketing
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences
• A curious mindset and happy to dive in and solve tricky problems
• Someone who can adapt and thrive in an evolving environment
• Ability to collaborate and influence people across the business
• Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment
