Job Description - Executive assistant

  • Permanent Full-Time.
  • Salary Classification: Administration Officer Level 5 Year 1-2.
  • Remuneration: $37.09-$37.93 per hour, excluding superannuation.
The Role Join our team as an Executive Assistant, where you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services within our Executive suite. This full-time role entails executive assistance, high-level organisation, and administration support to the wider Executive team, along with being the primary contact for high level Nursing recruitment. Your Duties
  • Extensive diary management for the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services.
  • Coordinate and direct all senior nursing recruitment for the Executive directorates.
  • Prepare executive briefs and presentations in accordance with organisational branding and formatting requirements.
About You
  • Experience in providing high level executive support or equivalent.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with people on all levels.
  • Superior proficiency in the use of relevant office software systems and processes including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality as appropriate to the level of the position in all hospital matters.
  • Proven effectiveness as a team player including a flexible self-motivated approach to work and ability to take responsibility, problem solve, take initiative and a capacity to participate in a team.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, organise and manage a complex workload and to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity being able to manage conflicting resources and or priorities.
