As part of our team at 291 On King, you will receive excellent training. Your role is to deliver exceptional cleanliness and accommodation experiences for our guests regardless of why they choose to stay. You’ll take an active role in making people feel welcome, in taking care of their needs, bringing a smile to their day, and producing the best quality offering you can.

Your role as a Guest Services Team Member will be empowered to exceed guest expectations throughout their journey, by providing exceptional service and high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel and facilities. By ensuring rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming, you’ll contribute to our guests having a memorable stay with us.

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to an exceptional standard;
• Deliver the very best personalised service and help create loyal guests and visitors;
• Implement improvements based on guest feedback to minimise and concerns or complaints;
• Work as a team to ensure we have the highest quality property with cleanliness and maintained facilities that are second to none.

About You:

• Relevant experience in a housekeeping environment, with a genuine passion for service excellence;
• The ability to contribute positively to achieving team targets in cleanliness and service;
• Impeccable attention to detail and an obsession with cleanliness and standards;
• Flexibility to work a range of hours including some nights and weekends;
• Skills in written and verbal communication,
