HR Shared Services Team Leader - ANZ - 12-Month Contract



Human Resources Shared Services Team Lead - ANZ


What a great opportunity!! As a Shared Services Team Lead Australia and New Zealand, your primary purpose is to provide day-to-day oversight to our Shared Services team, ensuring seamless HR operations and handling escalations with your skills and knowledge.



What are my accountabilities?

  • Serve as the first-level resource for the Shared Services team and HR Centre of Excellence, responding to inquiries professionally, urgently, and confidentially.
  • Manage case load efficiently, prioritizing and allocating cases within the team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Drive a culture of continuous process improvement to enhance our CR Service Delivery model.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR metrics for the business, interpret data to identify trends, root cause of potential issues and suggest solutions or enhancements.
  • Manage the transfer of transactional work from other HR functional areas, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Proactively coach, develop, and manage the performance of the team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Collaborate with and support the CR Centre of Excellence on general HR programs, initiatives, and projects as needed.


About you :

  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing a HR operations team that offers comprehensive transactional and advisory support in medium to large organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Strong coaching and development skills, coupled with experience in compliance and employment relations issues.
  • Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow preferred.
  • High-level comprehension of business processes and workflows.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively under pressing and changing deadlines.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven management and leadership abilities, with a commitment to teamwork and accountability
