One of Australia's pivotal Federal Government departments is looking to engage a skilled IT Systems Engineer – Printing Services to assist with the administration and maintenance of the DST enterprise print management service and follow-me printing system across two separate networks. The successful skilled IT Systems Engineer – Printing Services will be offered a 12 month  contract with 2 years of extensions!

The successful IT Systems Engineer – Printing Services will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Co-ordinating printer installation print server configuration, system administration.
• Overlooking service monitoring, trouble shooting, and print operational procedures.
• Assisting in printer decommissioning.

The successfulIT Systems Engineer – Printing Services will have experience in the following:

• Internal and external customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, investigation and reverse engineering of complex and undocumented systems.
• Ability to work as a member of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at multiple organisational levels.
• Responding strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines.
