Originally established in 1993 with 3 people in the Northern Beaches, we have grown to a team of over 800 professionals spread across Australia and New Zealand. This year, as we celebrate our 31st year in business, we’re incredibly proud to still be an Australian, privately owned business. We provide our clients with quality commercial landscaping solutions. From Civil Landscape construction, Landscape Maintenance, Building Services, Irrigation, Environmental Services and Sports Turf/Golf Course management. We currently have offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong and Auckland. As we continue to diversify, innovate and develop our technology and train our people, we look forward to what the next 30 years hold. So, what can you expect to do?

• Ensuring that your teams are providing the highest standard of service to our clients.
• Working with your customers to develop maintenance plans and enhance their sites.
• Regularly liaising with clients to ensure expectations are managed and complete satisfaction.
• Scheduling and management of teams across client sites
• Management training and career development on offer for all Managers in the business
• Reporting and Management of budgets, materials, labour and more

What will you need?

• Experience in high-volume management desirable
• Certificate III or IV in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens or relevant experience
• A Current Drivers’ licence.
• National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
• Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
