About the Role

IRT Group is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual for a Laundry roleat our Tarrawanna Aged Care Centre. 

This is a casual opportunity and offers 6am – 2:30pm laundry shifts; you will need to be able to work across the week and between these times.

Your work may include:

• Working with catering staff to assist with basic meal preparation
• Delivering and serving meals to our residents
• Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
• General laundry duties, including personal laundry
• Helping with various domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning of general areas
• Interacting with residents and creating meaningful customer relationships

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Experience delivering hospitality services
• A genuine interest in Aged Care
• The ability to work a range of shifts, including weekends, public holidays, early mornings and evenings
• Experience in a similar role in a Health or Aged Care setting (desirable)
• A Food Safety Supervisor Certification (desirable)
