Your new company
A growing Cloud Managed Service Provider in Melbourne's inner South requires a Level 1 Service Desk Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and flexible working arrangements.



Your new role
  • Providing 1st level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
  • Administering and maintaining a range of systems and networks across a large client portfolio.
  • Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and adoption of new technologies.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
  • Answering calls and driving first time resolution on the Service Desk whilst contributing to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in the on-call rotation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
  • Demonstrated experience in providing Level 1 IT support.
  • Sound knowledge of Windows and Apple devices, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
  • Prior experience working within Managed Services is highly advantageous.
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
