Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Costco, a leading wholesale retailer, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat function, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through live chat - Train and mentor team members to provide excellent customer service via live chat - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and concerns effectively - Monitor chat performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded - Implement best practices and standards for live chat operations


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Live Chat Manager or similar role - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Independent and driven personality traits - Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities - Proficiency in live chat software and customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
