Job Description:
Transurban Group is seeking a motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team on a full-time basis for remote work in Adelaide, South Australia. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, resourceful, and possess strong project management and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide prompt and accurate information about our products and services. 2. Assist customers in resolving issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Utilize chat software to track conversations, monitor performance, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager for resolution.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers in a professional manner. 3. Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Confidence in making decisions independently and problem-solving skills. 6. A proactive and resourceful attitude towards helping customers and resolving issues. 7. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a virtual team.
