Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dollar General is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Live Chat Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online shoppers through live chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and other post-purchase support. 3. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex customer issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 5. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives in order to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall online shopping experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 5. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and other customer service software. 6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
