Job Description:
LKQ is seeking a motivated and driven Live Chat Specialist to join our remote team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our online chat platform. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize strategic planning and problem-solving skills to address customer needs - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and driven personality traits - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools
