The logistic role includes coordinating planes, boats & road trains, to remote, local and world wide locations, to get jobs delivered in full and on time.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Fremantle Office team. Hours can be flexible dependent on applicant.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain management
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Manage logistics budgets and expenses
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics operations
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Full Australian drivers License
