Job Description - Account Manager - Service Delivery

About us






We're a Melbourne based, Australian owned-and-operated Internet Service Provider that provides residential internet and phone connections Australia-wide, with a focus on regional and remote Australian connections.


We offer the full range of nbn products including Fibre, Fixed Wireless and Satellite services. This hybrid role will involve a mix of Working from Home as well as from our office.






We have an opening for an Account Manager - Delivery, you will work as part of the Enterprise Services Delivery Team, working closely with and assisting the Business Services Manager. In this role you will be our key customer and stakeholder contact, you will ensure their needs and requests are prioritised.This role will be instrumental in ensuring the governance and management of the contractual obligations by the company and you will front the monthly operational meetings discussions to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the company.

  • You will need to establish and harness customer relationships.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with customers and become their 'go to' person for enquiries, requests and information.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the contracts and services are being maintained.
  • Attend and/or conduct regular meetings with customers representing the Company, presenting the Companies delivery information (Operational Performance or Project Status).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to understand status, issues, risks to delivery in order to represent and if required arrange resources to attend customer meetings.
  • Acquires and applies solution knowledge through understanding of solution capabilities, limitations and application.
  • Writing Stakeholder/Client presentations
  • Provide management updates of customers strategy or plans and escalate matters as required.



Ideally you will have the following:



  • An IT or Business Management related qualifications are highly desired.
  • Experience working in a telecommunications provider environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Account/Delivery Management specifically government or enterprise level.
  • A demonstrated in-depth understanding of government and enterprise operations
  • A thorough understanding of Remote First Nations Communities
  • Commitment to exploring and increasing technical knowledge.
