About us
We're a Melbourne based, Australian owned-and-operated Internet Service Provider that provides residential internet and phone connections Australia-wide, with a focus on regional and remote Australian connections.
We offer the full range of nbn products including Fibre, Fixed Wireless and Satellite services. This hybrid role will involve a mix of Working from Home as well as from our office.
We have an opening for an Account Manager - Delivery, you will work as part of the Enterprise Services Delivery Team, working closely with and assisting the Business Services Manager. In this role you will be our key customer and stakeholder contact, you will ensure their needs and requests are prioritised.This role will be instrumental in ensuring the governance and management of the contractual obligations by the company and you will front the monthly operational meetings discussions to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the company.
