Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Support Assistant to join our team at Masco in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account managers to ensure efficient and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing administrative support to account managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents. 2. Assisting with client communication, such as responding to queries, processing orders, and maintaining client records. 3. Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to coordinate account activities and ensure client satisfaction. 4. Conducting research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support account strategies. 5. Generating reports and presentations to assist in account planning and performance tracking. 6. Assisting in the development and implementation of account growth strategies and initiatives. 7. Contributing to the overall success of the account management team by engaging in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. 3. Energetic and resourceful personality with a drive to excel in a supportive role. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on cooperation and adaptability. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 7. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in account management.
