Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Genworth Financial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and adaptable.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance - Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries or concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Soft skills in persuasion and decision-making
