Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Account Support Associate to join our team at CVS Health, located in Adelaide, South Australia. As a full-time associate, you will support our account management team by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic with a focus on reliability.

Responsibilities: - Assist with managing customer accounts and inquiries remotely - Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly - Collaborate with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction - Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to resolve complex problems - Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions - Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or account support role - Hardworking and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
