Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description: Genesis Healthcare is seeking a passionate and confident Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts remotely - Assist with account planning and strategy development - Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams - Monitor account activities and provide timely updates to stakeholders - Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities for client accounts - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in account management or customer support is a plus - Innovative thinking and strong negotiation skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
