Job Description:
Waste Management, a leading environmental services company, is seeking a dedicated Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This full-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to customers. 4. Analyze account performance and provide reports to management on a regular basis. 5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery. 6. Train and mentor junior account support staff. 7. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage account information.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in account management or customer support. 3. Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills. 4. Strong adaptability and research skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
