Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. This position will be based in Perth, Western Australia, and will require full-time commitment at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in account management and customer support.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional support and service - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and drive resolutions - Analyze account data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Lead regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients - Provide timely and accurate reporting to management on account status and performance - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in account management and support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in account management and customer support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
