Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to account managers and customers in resolving any issues or inquiries. 2. Maintain and update customer account information in the company database. 3. Assist with order processing, tracking, and logistics coordination. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Complete administrative tasks as needed to support the account management team.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
