Job Description:
Brambles Limited, a global supply chain logistics company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist in our Perth, Western Australia office. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to key customer accounts, including order processing, managing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and contracts. - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions. - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management and customers. - Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices within the account support team. - Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in account management or customer support roles. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. - Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. - Excellent time management and planning skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry is a plus.
