Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team at Aramark in Brisbane, Queensland. Responsibilities: - Provide remote assistance to clients regarding their accounts and answer any queries or concerns they may have - Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise and provide effective solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to further develop skills and knowledge in account support

Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with a positive attitude towards customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to make decisions autonomously - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
