Job Description - Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


Harvey Norman is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a related field. As a Remote Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist clients with any account-related issues, including billing, account setup, and troubleshooting. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism. 5. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 6. Assist in strategic planning and analysis to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer support processes.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 2. Hardworking and resilient attitude, able to handle challenging situations with grace. 3. Strategic planning and analysis skills to improve customer support processes. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
