Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries and problem-solving - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner - Conducting research to provide accurate information to customers - Inputting data accurately into the company's system - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution of their concerns - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously learning and adapting to changes in products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resilient in handling difficult situations with customers - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to conduct research to provide accurate information - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
