Job Description:

Boral Limited is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or transfer to the appropriate department - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database - Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries - Continuously strive to improve communication and decision-making skills

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be dedicated, reliable, and willing to learn and grow in a professional setting - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
