Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Treasury Wine Estates is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are resilient, reliable, adaptable, and have a natural inclination towards leadership.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in computer systems and software applications - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
