Job Description:
Pacific Life is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This full-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide excellent customer service. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to facilitate customer requests. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Independent and dedicated individual who can work effectively in a remote environment. 2. Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience working in a call center or customer service role. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
