Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team at Hilton Worldwide Holdings in Perth, Western Australia. As a Remote Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting Hilton's products and services. This role is vital in ensuring our customers have a positive experience when interacting with our brand.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing accurate information about Hilton's products and services. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on reservations, feedback, and promotions. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Promoting hotel packages, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers. 5. Documenting all interactions with customers in the CRM system. 6. Meeting daily call volume and quality metrics set by the team lead. 7. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 8. Staying informed about Hilton's latest offerings and promotions.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Reliable and confident personality traits. 5. Strong presentation and people management skills. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. 7. Availability to work full-time hours in a remote setting. 8. Associate-level seniority with a proven track record of meeting performance goals.
