Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team at Dover in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role. The role requires someone who is resilient and energetic, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding products and services 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner 3. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve team goals 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite 6. Resilient attitude and able to remain calm under pressure 7. Energetic and proactive approach to work
