Job Description:
Nitro Software is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails and online inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. 2. Support customers with troubleshooting, technical issues and product inquiries. 3. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide solutions. 6. Conduct research to stay informed about Nitro Software products and services. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and common issues. 9. Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. 4. Ability to research and analyze information to provide accurate solutions. 5. Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality service. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 8. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. 9. Experience working with a global customer base is a plus.
