Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team at Enterprise Products Partners in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals

Requirements: - Proven experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems - Driven, reliable, innovative, and cooperative personality traits - Equal opportunity employer
