Call Center Representative

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a talented and dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a full-time Associate Level position that requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or call center role.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, follow up with customers as needed, and meet or exceed performance goals.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful, resilient, and possess strong project management and cooperation skills. They must be able to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting, where quick thinking and adaptability are essential.
