Job Description:
Jabil Circuit is seeking a reliable and independent Call Center Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a member of our call center team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers - Use critical thinking skills and innovation to problem-solve and resolve customer issues - Build sustainable relationships and engage customers effectively - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Adapt quickly to changes in procedures, technology, and products - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High level of adaptability and innovation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
