Danaher is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Perth, Western Australia as a Call Center Representative. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience, who possesses resourcefulness and reliability.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, technical issues, product information, and order processing. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient resolution of problems. 5. Continuously develop product knowledge to better assist customers and provide accurate information. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues. 4. Proficiency in using computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
