Job Description - Call Center Representative

Atlassian is seeking a highly energetic and hardworking Call Center Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate-Level representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and ensure satisfaction. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 7. Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals. 8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
