Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


CMS Energy is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, the Call Center Specialist will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting individual and team targets for call volume and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Resilient and confident attitude - Persuasion and adaptability skills - Experience with CRM software is a plus
