Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Oneok is seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns. This role requires a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or to provide updates on their accounts. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience. 4. Providing product information and assistance to customers as needed. 5. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience. 7. Following company policies and procedures for call handling and data security. 8. Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators related to call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call quality.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. 5. Resourceful and confident in dealing with customers and resolving issues. 6. Ability to present information clearly and effectively. 7. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting. 8. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
