Job Description:
Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Meet and exceed performance metrics and service level agreements - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Excellent verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Persuasion and teamwork skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
