Job Description:
As a Chat Support Assistant at SafetyCulture, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our users through our chat platform. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our users have a seamless experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through our chat platform in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary. 3. Identify and escalate any recurring issues to help improve product functionality and user experience. 4. Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and suggestions for product improvements. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions for reporting and analysis purposes. 7. Stay current on product updates, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 4. Independent and resourceful with the ability to work well under pressure. 5. Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on problem-solving. 6. High level of emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers. 7. Proficiency in using chat and messaging platforms. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
