Remote Chat Support Assistant

James Hardie Industries is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support channels. 2. Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 3. Use critical thinking skills to quickly and efficiently resolve customer problems. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Comfortable with technology and proficient in using online chat platforms. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7. Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
