Job Description:
As a Chat Support Assistant at Cisco Systems, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat communication channels. This position is a full-time remote role based in Adelaide, South Australia. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support channels. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. 3. Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in the system. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. 8. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 6. Soft skills in adaptability and analysis. 7. Proficiency in using chat support tools and customer service software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
