Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Union Pacific is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience necessary. We are looking for individuals who are driven, energetic, detail-oriented, and have strong planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through chat support to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner - Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while representing the Union Pacific brand

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in typing and computer applications - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - High school diploma or equivalent
