Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Liberty Interactive in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates who are resourceful, resilient, have strong emotional intelligence, and are adaptable to different situations.

Responsibilities: - Provide efficient and accurate support to customers through chat, email, and other messaging platforms - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Offer product recommendations and assist with inquiries related to our services - Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience is preferred but not required - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable using digital tools and platforms - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
