Time Warner is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting - Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong analysis skills and attention to detail - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
