Remote Client Relations Assistant

Tractor Supply is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Remote Client Relations Assistant. This is an entry-level position based in Brisbane, Queensland, providing the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Analyzing client feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance client satisfaction - Providing administrative support to the client relations team - Assisting with client presentations and reports - Researching industry trends and competitors to stay informed on best practices

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Prior customer service experience is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
