As a Remote Client Relations Assistant at Paccar in Perth, Western Australia, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships to drive the company's success. This full-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing, to address their needs and inquiries promptly and effectively - Coordinate client meetings, prepare agenda and materials, and follow up on action items to ensure smooth communication and relationship-building - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients, meeting their expectations and deadlines - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies to strengthen long-term relationships and drive revenue growth - Manage client databases and update records regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for effective communication and reporting - Support the client relations team in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals to showcase the company's value proposition and competitive advantage - Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in client relations
Requirements: - Driven and independent individual with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking progress - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
