Client Relations Associate

We are looking for a motivated and independent Client Relations Associate to join our team at Exxon Mobil in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. 2. Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads. 3. Assist with the development and implementation of client retention strategies. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 5. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Highly motivated and able to work independently. 2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6.
