Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing assistance and support as needed - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video calls to address any inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Track and report on client interactions and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable and proactive support to clients

Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Reliable and driven with a strong attention to detail - Creative thinking and analytical skills to problem solve effectively - Experience in the travel industry is a plus
